Hi! I'm Dr. Joella! I'm a Sports Chiropractor and an Injury Prevention Specialist with over 27 years of experience treating people with acute and chronic pain due to soft tissue injuries.
Before becoming a Chiropractor I was a spiritual coach. I taught meditation and healing. Although, I changed my focus when I started my practice I did still continue to work with individuals and small groups of people.
When one of my followers mentioned I should create something to address the increased stress levels people are experiencing with these challenging times, I created Your Digital Relaxation ToolKit.
